Refund and Returns Policy

At Helmi Fashion, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer, you can exchange your item for another product of the same or higher value (difference in price will need to be paid).

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
